Third Party Integration Services Privacy Notice Addendum
Lever provides functionality that allows its customers to connect the Lever Platform to third party software providers (each a “Third Party Software Provider”). If your employer uses the Lever platform, your company will decide which Third Party Software Providers to connect to the Lever Platform. In order to be transparent with the employees of our customers who use the Lever Platform, we have provided additional information regarding what information we collect from Third Party Software Providers and how we use that information for you to review on this page.

This Bob Addendum (“Bob Addendum”) describes in greater detail the information processed when, on behalf of your employer (a Lever customer), you use our talent recruiting platform with its integration to Bob (the “Bob Integration”). If you do not feel comfortable with any part of this Bob Addendum, you should notify your employer who is responsible for authorizing and activating the Bob Integration.

This Coderpad Addendum (“Coderpad Addendum”) describes in greater detail the information processed when, on behalf of your employer (a Lever customer), you use our talent recruiting platform with its integration to Coderpad (the “HackerRank Integration”). If you do not feel comfortable with any part of this Coderpad Addendum, you should notify your employer who is responsible for authorizing and activating the Coderpad Integration.

Google Mail
This Google Mail Addendum (“Gmail Addendum”) describes in greater detail the information processed when, on behalf of your employer (a Lever customer), you use our talent recruiting platform with its integration to Google Mail (the “Gmail Integration”). If you do not feel comfortable with any part of this Gmail Addendum, you should notify your employer who is responsible for authorizing and activating the Gmail Integration.

The Gmail Integration allows you to receive and sync emails received from a single candidate so that you can easily track your communications with that candidate. If your employer activates Lever’s Gmail Integration, and you give Lever permission to access to your email and calendar, Lever will be able to view and to send emails from your employee email account, and to create, modify or delete calendar invitations in your calendar. To provide this email syncing service and calendar integration, the Gmail Integration provides Lever with access to the following information your email account and calendar: your email address, your name, the subject lines of your emails, the content of your emails, the dates and times your emails are sent, the calendars to which you have access, names and identifiers of calendar resources like meeting rooms, free-busy times for calendars and resources available to the authorizing use, lists of calendars and free busy times for interviewers to make them available to the authorizing user when scheduling interviews. While Lever has access to this information, it only stores information from relevant job candidates in its system to enable the syncing service. Lever uses a “default-deny” policy to determine which emails are relevant. Applying the “default-deny” policy, Lever views only email headers to identify emails with job candidates of your company or that are relevant to recruiting activity (“Recruiting Emails”). Once identified, the Recruiting Emails are made available within the Lever platform. The Recruiting Emails will be stored by Lever and will be available in Lever to other employees at your company who need to have access to them for business purposes. Emails that are not Recruiting Emails will not be stored Lever.
Lever’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google Accounts will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

If your employer activates Lever’s HackerRank Integration, Lever will have access to the following information your Lever account: your user identity, your email address, your name and other contact information.

LinkedIn RSC Addendum to Lever’s Service Privacy Notice
This LinkedIn RSC Addendum (“RSC Addendum”) describes in greater detail the information processed when, on behalf of your employer (a Lever customer), you use our talent recruiting platform with its integration to LinkedIn RSC (the “RSC Integration”). If you do not feel comfortable with any part of this RSC Addendum, you should notify your employer who is responsible for authorizing and activating the RSC Integration.

The RSC Integration allows you to receive and sync LinkedIn Recruiter Notes and InMails (“LinkedIn Content”) received from a single candidate so that you can easily track your notes and communications with that candidate. If your employer activates Lever’s RSC Integration, Lever will have access to all information in your LinkedIn RSC profile, Lever will be able to view messages from your employee LinkedIn Recruiter account. To provide this LinkedIn Recruiter syncing service, the RSC Integration provides Lever with access to the following information your LinkedIn recruiter account: your email address, your name, the subject lines of your LinkedIn Content, the content of your LinkedIn Content, and the dates and times your LinkedIn Content. Once identified, the Recruiting Emails are made available within the Lever platform. The LinkedIn Content will be stored by Lever and will be available in Lever to other employees at your company who need to have access to them for business purposes.
